Lunch, Snacks, And Dinner

1 chocolate peanut butter protein bar

a bowl of macaroni salad

1 slice of whole wheat toast with heart healthy margarine

2 cups coffee with creamer

3 salmon tacos with pico de gallo and salsa verde



1 small plate of probiotic pickles

4 lbs of cucumbers
2 red onions
6 cloves of garlic
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp celery seeds
3 tbsp tumeric powder
3 tbsp celtic sea salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
about 32 oz. apple cider vinegar
