Holiday Feast

I have kinda been taking fitness easy right now tis the season to indulge, but I am still trying to make healthy choices. I celebrated an early Turkey day with my mother today because I am going to a casino for Thanksgiving. I spent all monday night and tuesday evening cooking. This is what I made.

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing
Chicken Liver Pate
And Fresh cut veggies

I also wanted to make caraway crackers but I ran out of time





Herb Rubbed Roast Turkey
With a traditional bread stuffing

Green Bean Casserole

Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes
I also made sweet potato oven fries
For dessert I made Blueberry Cobbler
Pecan Caramel Rum Pumpkin Bread Pudding
Fig and Nut oatmeal cookies
And Salted Caramel Corn

Right now I am enjoying a bowl full of Turkey garden salad with cranberry balsamic vinaigrette


The holidays are always full of feasts and fun for me and I don't tend to focus much on exercising until the new years. So check back then for work out routines, until then it will mostly be food updates and maybe an occasional weigh in.
