Spicy Fried Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast

1 egg
flour
cajun seasoning
pepper
oregano
thyme
paprika
chili powder
chili flakes
ranch dressing for dipping
cut chicken in bite sized pieces and mix with egg. coat the chicken with flour, herb and spice mixture. fry in hot oil for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. serve with ranch.
