Fitness Vlog April 1st

I have been achy due to the low pressure stormy weather and my period cravings aren't helping any. This week was full of cheats but i did still manage to stay under my weekly calorie budget.

Fresh Produce
2 bunches collards(ingredient for last weeks meal prep)
2 oranges
2 parsnips
5 yellow onion
6 ears of corn(ingredient for last weeks meal prep)
1 bulb of garlic(ingredient for last weeks meal prep)
1 lemon(ingredient for last weeks meal prep)
2 hot chilis(ingredient for last weeks meal prep)

I do not recommend this week unless you put in the effort at the gym i had way too many cheats.
