1 large turnip
2 parsnips
1 yellow onion
4 red potatoes
2-4 cloves garlic
1 packet Au Jus Seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp celery seed
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
