1 bowl full garden greens or 1 bag spring mix greens
1 small sweet potato
1 medium carrot
1 can olives
1/2 cup lentils
1 package Vegan Italian sasauge
1 cup mushrooms
4 tbsps olive oil
salt or pico de gallo seasoning
For the dressing you will need
1 bottle Italian dressing
The Brine of a jar of marinated artichoke hearts
Sweet red pepper flakes
Lemon Pepper
4-6 cloves of minced garlic
the juice of 1 lemon
