Breakfast and Morning Snacks Log

High Protein English Breakfast
2 slices of whole wheat toast buttered with canola harvest margarine
2 eggs fried in a tbsp of butter and seasoned with cajun seasoning
1/2 a can of pork and beans
1 roma tomato
1/2 a lb. of mushrooms sauteed in 1 tbsp butter with celtic sea salt.

Snacks
1 slice of cheese bread
1 cup of green grapes

Drinks
2 cups green tea unsweetened
2 cups coffee with cream and stevia
