Breakfast + Work Out + Snacks

Pickle and Tomato Sandwich
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tomato
bread and butter pickles
mayonaise

2 cups coffee with cream

2 servings tortilla chips with pico de gallo



30 minutes lifting, hauling and organizing heavy sterilite tubs and vacuum seal bags full of fall and winter clothes and shoes.
