Dinner And Snacks

I had a yummy BBQ for dinner tonight!



Dijon Grilled Salmon and Veggies Foil Pack
Salmon Steak
1 large yellow squash
1 medium red onion
fresh green beans
4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp chopped parsley
4 tsps lime juice
3 tbsp butter or heart healthy margarine
sea salt and pepper

Grilled Corn on the Cob
 2 tbsp butter or heart healthy margarine
 sea salt and pepper

For snacks I had another cheat from my neighbor who always tempts me with sweets. I had a chocolate frosted brownie.

I also drank 18 oz of grape juice and 18 oz of water.
