Lunch Log

Tuna Sandwich
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 can of tuna
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp. mayonaise
1 roma tomato
basil leaves
red pepper flakes

Blueberry Protein Smoothie
3 ice cubes
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup milk or nondairy beverage

Water
18 oz.
