Dinner

I made a Blueberry protein smoothie for dinner
3 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3 tbsps oats
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup blueberries
1 cup milk or nondairy beverage

Also i drank about 18 oz of water.
