Work out + Snacks

After dinner I had two pieces of whole wheat bread with margarine and pickles and about 2 tbsp. pickled ginger and a few cherry tomatoes.

Then I did some heavy lifting for about 20 minutes, carrying the fall and winter clothes up stairs and taking out the garbage to the dumpster across the street.

Now I am unwinding with 18 oz. of Stash Christmas Eve tea sweetened with stevia.
