Belated Update

I have been healing quickly. I still need physical therapy but I am walking around pretty good now with out a brace. Foods that I have been trying to eat are high protein and calcium rich foods along with veggies.

For breakfast this morning I had 2 Filipino pork sticky buns and for dinner I had two delicious Korean BBQ pork ribs.

I have been drinking lots of tea and eating lots of my home made yogurt. My muscles get sore every night from having to lift myself out of bed using my walker. My sense of balance has really improved.
